    holiday cottage on farm

Some friends and i would like to rent a cottage for a weeks holiday in february - and I was wondering if any of you had some kind of holiday cottage available. Doesn't have to be a proper holiday cottage, just enough beds to sleep 6-8 people, a kitchen, and a short walk to a pub! I've been asked by a couple of my friends to ask for a quick go on a tractor too... Let me know if you have somewhere, or you know of someone who does. Cheers, Tom

Tom I have one that sleeps up to 8 adults and 2 children. It is in the village not actually on the farm. But we could organise you to visit with our Highlands Cattle and even some pony trekking if you have experienced rider and drive the tractor even !!! - Highlander http://www.ormistonhighlands.com

Highlander, sounds great. We especially like the sound of the cattle and the ponies etc. I've emailed the details to my friends, and we'll hopefully make a fairly quick decision. Their only concern is how far it is away, but I don't personally think it should be a problem. Tom
