    Investment

Im looking into buying a farm in West Sussex and was wondering where i could gather further information on raising the capital to buy the land.

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

    Thanks

AMC. Dont bother to look anywhere else for borrowing.

Otherwise for a syndicate of wealthy-types looking to stash some cash in a low-risk, tax-efficient investment and get them to put real money in.

Do you know where i will be able to find these wealthy-types ha-ha

Also i believe that you need to have a significant deposit for AMC is this not the case?

No more than the banks would require in my experience. I have always found the bank to be more competitive on interest rates when it comes down to the nitty-gritty. Be warned though, these days all they're worried about is how much your assets are worth . They don't care how / if you're able to meet the repayments as long as your assets will cover the amount owed if you got onto trouble.

AMC need 40% down if not 50.

take a skiing holiday to zermatt to meet wealthy types, you might even get hooked by a merry widow!

Like that's going to help, he'll need to borrow a few extra grand just to pay for the holiday.
