I read in the paper today, that Liz Hurley has converted her 400 acre "£2.7m estate" to an organic farm.
She says that before "it was just a chemically farmed farm" and that she "ploughed everthing up and lay it down to grass and clover, and that's still growing now".
She clearly beleives in the benefits of extensification, because she says that she now has "20 sheep and 10 chickens".
But lo, she's also planning to get some Gloucestershire Old Spots, "I've joined the breeders' club already and I'm quite excited"
I bet she is, at the thought of that nice conversion cheque!
Welcome to the future of farming in Tony's Yukay!
