    Ex-Ranks own website:

"Rank Hovis mills approx 1.4 million tonnes of wheat a year. About 80% comes from the UK, and the rest from European and worldwide sources. All grain is bought to stringent quality standards that reflect the needs of a wide range of customers."

100% British wheat accross the Hovis range iirc.

Take the dough and stay real jiggy.
    Uh-huh.

Hovis makes flours, mixes for cakes and the like, and bread. As far as I know, all their bread is branded as Hovis and therefore uses 100% British wheat. What they put in their mixes and flours for other people may be different.
