What's the best looking tractor on the market?

We on the machinery desk have been pondering what's the best looking tractor on the market (see my blog here)

At the moment it's between the NH T7000 Blue Power, the Austrian made Lindner line-up, Valtra's Revolution range, the MF 8690 and Britain's own JCB Fastrac 7000 series.

We want to hear your thoughts, and we'll do a round up when we've come to some sort of consensus....

     MF 8600's all the way!

The 6400's and 7400's don't look bad either

If at first you don't succeed... get someone else to do it!

Hi all, It has to be either the 4x4 Kubota for the garden or the Class Xerion with the Saddle Trac moving cab, nice.

I'm sure we could have some great discussions on 'The best looking tractor of all time', where I'd probably say the International 1455 does it for me (with mentions of the MF 2720, Marshall 804 and County 1454). Currently I'd probably suggest the big 900 Fendts.

Yea well i would have to agree with mursal the claas Xerion does look good.

But for the older tractors it would have to be a Ford TW.

+1 , mainly because the joystick in the cab looks like it should be on a fighter jet. i quite like the newholland T8000's, as well as the JD7030 premiums, (not the sloping bonnet, the "oldschool" type) and the 8030 jds look quite cool aswell

Did someone mention a Leyland Marshall? If we're going all "retro" what about the Ursus 912 on oversize rubber, and crash gearbox. None of your CVT there. But it did look really well, we took all the radios out as you couldn't hear the engine to change gear. It seems like another world, now.

If you're talking retro then I seem to remember everyone around here drove a Massey 290 during the day and an XR3i after dark.......mmmm showing my age now !

Though I hate to say it the bigger MF's seem to be the best looking at the moment BUT I would never buy one, but that's another story.

I'm rather fond of the Ford 4600 - mainly because it's one of the first tractors I ever drove!

At the moment the best looking tractor must be a fendt 936 in black gives a whole new meaning to black beauty.

John deere 7530 is a smart tractor at this time, also the big 936 fendt's.

Old ones, i like the fords 7810 never owned one though! JD's 6000 series  10 and 20 are quality kit to drive and hold their money.

I really like my slopy bonnet MF 5455 and 5445 but I'd love to wake up every morning with a Fendt 312 in the yard. The're the nicest.

The Claas Xerion is the best looking of current tractors, lots of rubber.stylish lines, and a price tag that would make most Bank managers fall about laughing, when asked to sort out a finance plan!

The MUIR HILL 171 has got to be the best looking of all-time, the huge bonnet, the "I don't mind snorting a bit of dust" front grill, distinctive  yellow and white colour scheme, and best of all,MADE IN ENGLAND! In the 1970's it won most "mine's bigger than yours " competitions!
