Public galleries allow all registered users to upload pictures but once they are up, you will not be able to edit or delete them. You will need to register on FWiSpace before you can upload a picture.
If you want to find your gallery (or a public one) hit the ‘Photos’ tab at the top of the page and then the ‘All Galleries’ link. If you have been set up with a personal gallery it will be included in the member galleries section, although you may need to flick through all the pages to find it.
Once in the appropriate gallery, to upload a picture click on the ‘add picture’ link in the common tasks box on the lower right hand side of the page. This will then bring up a box which allows you to upload a picture, describe it (this will be the name of the picture) and tag it (this means people can search for it). Don’t forget to press save at the bottom.
At the moment you can add as many pictures as you like (although be aware they display in rows of four as a default).
Please note, that to upload a picture you must be signed in (you may be already but if not, then press the ‘Sign in’ link underneath the main logo. This will take you to a page where you need to enter your e-mail address and a password). If you aren't already a member, press the join button and follow the prompts.
You will need to contact FWi and ask to be set up with a personal picture gallery.
