    Shed erection costs please.

    Hi i have a little small holding and was wanting to errect a timber building 45x30 with tin box profile sheets i will buy it in kit form and do the site prep first .

    would anyone be able to tell me how much per square foot for a contractor to errect the building i dont want to be ripped off (been their before)as not got money to waste but i want to pay a price for a good job not a cheap job can anyone help thanks.

    l agree.

    Mind you we have just put up a simple 45 x 15 mono pitch shed.

    lt was cheaper to buy all the materials ourselves and then get our local biulder to put it up for a fixed price.

    We used telegraph poles for uprights

    Won't cost much more to buy a shed erected, plus no comebacks for you i.e. if something breaks or is missing they have no-one else to blame.

    Having said this, putting up a small kit isn't rocket science providing you have access to tools and telehandler or similar. Good luck !
