    stolen poultry house and poultry

Stolen from South Glos in the early hours of Monday 18th April a 'Domestic Fowl Trust' 'penthouse' chicken house, complete with occupants. These include a pair of Light Sussex (hen and cockeral), a Welsumer hen and Ancona hen (distinctive black with white triangular tips to each feather). The house is quite distinctive as it is approx. 5x5x5 with a onduline ridge roof. The living accomodation is reached via a ramp and takes up approx. half the upper area. There are two wooden handles on the front and wheels attached which can be lowered so the house can be easily moved almost likw a giant wheelbarrow. The fowl belonged to my six year old son and 8yr old daughter who are completely inconsolable. Any information gratefully received thanks Sue

Hi Sue. Just posting a picture of the chicken house you've decribed, hoping that it helps with the return of your poultry, etc. Hope you hear something soon. http://www.domesticfowltrust.co.uk/Penthouse.S.jpg
