    If the EU decides to scrap set-aside, what will happen to the payment rates and management prescriptions of ELS and HLS options on set-aside, particularly with relevance to people entering current agreements?

    It appears that set-aside may not continue after 2009.  Defra are considering this issue in their current review of Environmental Stewardship progress.
