I have now seen several farmers entitlement payments come through but some of the dairy ones which I would of expected to increase this year due to the 40% increase in the dairy premium element of the historic payment appear to be the same or less than last year. Has anyone else had this experience or know why the anticipated increase in dairy SPS payments does not seem to have been seen in the payments to farmers?
