Who is Behind the Great World Avian Flu Scam?

    Dear Friends on this list:

We've all been hearing about the potentially devastating and
catastrophic impact the avian flu is supposed to impose upon the
world's human populations. We've been told the UK is going to stockpile
Tamiflu to reduce and prevent the impact of this "terrible"
disease...and we've been told it's going to cross-over from birds to
humans. The media's been whipped into a literal frenzy of fear, and in
turn, done it's own share of mis-reporting, regarding the Truth about
Avian Flu and the Truth about vaccines...just look at the Guardian's
stories which imply that Tamiflu is a vaccine, for example. (It is
    not.)

So, thinking back to the historical developments of FMD, and being
reminded of the misinformation surrounding the controls used in the UK
in 2001, noting similarities between that situation and this avian flu
situation, I began wondering just who might be behind this program of
    world-wide fear-mongering.

    In fact, I've thought about that many times these past few days;

Who is going to benefit by promoting these fears?
    Who is creating them?
Why are such drugs as Tamiflu and Relenza going to be used when their
side effects are detrimental to those who already have respiratory
    problems?
Why is the UK suddenly acquiring large quantities of Tamiflu (made by
Roche Labs) to stockpile, in the event of Avian Flu's arrival in the
    UK?
Why is the UK about to embark on a chicken registering process?

Another question I had was why this sudden rush to acquire millions of
doses of a drug, to control a disease that only, so far, been
attributed to be a "Killer" of human beings, but only, so far on the
Asian continent....but with little or no "official" documentation
providing proof, that, that, indeed, is the case....and why,
specifically is Tamiflu being promoted, when it is nothing more than a
prophylactic drug in the first place?

Then my old memories of the UK FMD outbreak came to mind. Certain key
words and phraseology helped refresh the memories.
And today, over a cup of coffee, a bright light went off in my head,
and I asked myself to check into this just a little bit more.

Well, I won't hold you all in suspense anymore. And I want all of you
to rest comfortably, without fears, knowing that the primary source of
The Great World Avian Flu Pandemic's (Hoax) primary proponent is none
other than the infamous Foot and Mouth Computer Simulation Modeler, Dr.
Neil Ferguson, of the UK's also infamous virus-manipulating Imperial
    College fame!

UK stockpiles 15 million courses of drug
    (Filed: 26/08/2005)

The tens of thousands of deaths that could result if a bird flu
pandemic were to sweep through Britain are being simulated in a
computer so that the Department of Health can work out how drugs might
    be rationed.

The computer team, from Imperial College London, recently showed along
with American colleagues how a global pandemic could be stopped in its
tracks in the Far East by using a stockpile of antiviral drugs
    sufficient for three million people.

Prof Ferguson: 'This strain is much more lethal'
Viruses do sometimes move from birds and mammals to humans to spawn a
novel epidemic, as happened in the case of Aids, from monkeys, and
Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome, linked to civets.

But the reason for the current alarm is that the three global influenza
pandemics in the last century were all linked with a strain of bird flu
that had adapted to humans, according to Prof Neil Ferguson of
    Imperial.

"All new flu pandemics start with bird viruses and this strain is much
more lethal to birds and to humans than most others," he said.

In this case, the H5N1 avian flu virus, found in birds throughout South
East Asia, has already infected a number of species, including poultry,
pigs and humans, and has killed about 60 people.

The virus is now moving towards Britain in migratory birds. The
Government is making preparations on the basis that the virus might
mutate or infect a human already infected with flu and then mix with
    the human influenza virus.

Even though the emergence of a lethal strain that could pass from
person to person is unpredictable, "if we sat back and waited for this
to happen, it would be too late to tackle it", said Prof Ferguson.

Because humans would have little or no immune protection, the resulting
pandemic could be on the scale of the 1918 Spanish flu, which claimed
    up to 40 million lives.

Even the "best case" scenarios predict that a pandemic of H5N1 would
kill between two million and 7.4 million worldwide within 12 months.

Sars was made extinct in humans because people showed obvious signs of
the severe pneumonia when they were infectious and could be isolated,
    said Prof Ferguson.

But this would not work in the case of pandemic flu in which a person
becomes highly infectious only a day or so after infection when
    symptoms can still be mild.

On the basis of earlier outbreaks, each flu case would be expected to
cause another two, said Prof Ferguson, which makes it relatively easy
to stop if prompt action is taken.

No one can predict how lethal the virus will be. Paradoxically, a
highly lethal virus could be easier to control because it would be so
much easier to detect, he said.

The good news is that for the first time it appears to be feasible to
stop a pandemic, after the Imperial computer model showed how mass use
of the drug Tamiflu (oseltamivir phosphate) in the region where the
next pandemic starts could suppress transmission. Britain is
stockpiling 15 million courses of the drug.

To bring an outbreak quickly under control, limiting its size to fewer
than 200 cases, two key conditions need to be met: the virus would need
to be identified while infection was confined to about 30 people, and
courses of Tamiflu would need to be given rapidly to the 20,000
individuals nearest those infected, acting "almost like a temporary
    vaccine".

Containing the spread of the virus is increasingly difficult once more
than 40 cases have occurred or the outbreak has reached major cities.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------

This psychopathic epidemiologist apparently has his own agenda.

Sure, he's now modeled his way into infamy, having constructed models
based more on fiction than fact for such animal-borne diseases as FMD,
    SARS and now Avian Flu.

In the meantime, don't forget his team, Dr. King, Christl Donnely and
himself, managed to get over 10 million animals killed in the UK in
2001, and now, how many millions of un-infected birds destroyed,
    because of their works?

If there is anything to beware of, it's not these actual diseases, it's
the impact of what the works of sick minds have on whole human
populations....but perhaps Dr. Ferguson and his associates will have
accumulated enough money in their Swiss Bank accounts, to be laughing
at all us gullible souls, as we, in panic, react to all the doom and
gloom predictions his computer and Imperial College are able to spit
    out.

Now, at least you all have been informed of this situation.

All the best to you folks,

    Burkie

P.S. Hope your turkey, capon, or chicken is on your table this
Thanksgiving, and this Christmas, too! I'll have another egg for
breakfast and pray that there will be a few more to eat throughout the
remainder of my life, no thanks to Dr. Neil Ferguson, though.
