Looking splendid in the snowy conditions but sadly unable to turn a wheel.Doe's Triple D and later Doe 130.Despite the lack of movement though there was still a great line of tractors, machinery and anything farming to keep us entertained.

The NH T9-560 needed all its 500+ hp on the this rolling land.The Sumo 4.5 Trio had its 6 sub-soil tines set at 14.5 ins which was allowing a single pass over the sugarbeet field before they drilled spring barley.

Even on a sloping field the T9 was managing 9kph over the ground somewhat quicker than Stody Estates normal work horse so Greg the driver told me.

This is one of the only tractors of this size on tyres that fits down the narrow lanes of Norfolk legally but the narrow chassis still allows 900 tyres which offer a lot of grip in the field when fully ballasted.
