How to add a photo to the gallery:

1. Make sure you're registered with/logged into FWispace

2. Navigate to the Face2011 gallery

3. Click 'Add picture' (you can find this in the 'My Tasks' box in the lower right-hand side of the screen)

4. Click 'Upload' to browse and upload a photo from your computer

5. Give the image a title and description

6. Click 'Save' to add the photo to the gallery

Charles has been farming since the tender age of 6, and has continued with the same enthusiasm and dedication for the remaining years to date. He has diversified into providing rare and traditional breed meats to butchers, restaurants and hotels across the country and provides his livestock with the best conditions and quality of life possible.

The products supplied have won numerous awards over the years and are now in the kitchens and dining rooms of some of the capital's top restaurants!

He has also established two of his own farms and has plans to establish a third by 2013, ensuring that the butchery business has only the best produce to supply.
