The Case Axial-Flow 9010 made its debut UK appearance at LAMMA and with it comes news of a major change in the design of its threshing rotor. The new ST rotor has a smaller diameter tube than before but longer and fewer rasp bars - an arrangement which is claimed to allow damper straw to tumble more freely and require less power while retaining threshing efficiency. This system is now also to be used on the smaller 8010 and 7010 models.
