Odd mix of landscape a bit like South Island NZ and the Scottish borders. Are the winters very harsh? It looks like super suckler cow territory.
Should really start reading my comments better - sorting out seeds mixtures for overseeding hence the 'mixture' instead of picture. Also I think Astro turf had not been invented in the days of the Austro-Hungarian empire! Sorry folks.
