I guess the saga is not yet over. We too are now having problems getting hold of anyone at Breathe. Are you guys still having email problems?

We are urgently chasing Breathe this morning since it seems major problems have come back in on/since Friday. Will keep you posted. Julian

Our understanding is that no emails will be lost. The issue is getting the system working so you can access them (i.e. they're sitting on Breathe's system somewhere). We have asked Breathe for daily updates so we can keep you posted. Julian

We understand the six extra servers have not solved the problem. Apparently another replacement server is needed which should be installed tomorrow. So more frustration I'm afraid. We're asking for daily updates so we can keep you in the picture. Julian

Address books and emails were, they said, meant to be up and running by this morning. We'll get onto them to see what latest is. Yes, Breathe should be continuing to supply you with farmersweekly.net

Latest position: 1. Breathe adding six extra servers today to go live tomorrow to ease the load capacity. This should enable email sending and receiving to work properly tomorrow 2. Breathe have also told us today that they are doing what they can to push FW email customers to the front of the queue in terms of restoring the system.
