Rotary milking parlour
The rotary milking parlour at Caste deJong Dairy in Tulare handles 3500 cows, which are each milked three times a day.

Organic Jersey-Friesian cross
One of the Friesian/Jersey cross cows at Organic Pastures, one of the farms I visited at the World Ag Expo. The cattle are grazed purely on open pasture and are milked on a portable dairy. You can read more about my visit in my expo blog .
