  • How or where do you recrute new staff?

    Hi Guys, As a job seeker there is nothing like getting the info straight from the horses mouth (so to speak) so here goes. How or where would you recrute your new staff member - Particularly a Arable Operator or GFW/Tractor Driver? The most obvious is of course the Situations Vacant section of this site...

    My vote goes to cleaning out, by hand, the pit under our hop-picking machine in the 1960s. BTW - why do we nearly all add the superfluous and ugly word "got" to the verb 'to have' (as in your '......agriculture has got its "stinkers"......)'? Its omission wouldn't...
