    The Driving Standards Agency do not have any, you will need to bring one with you, either, beg, borrow or hire. I suggest you don't steal, as you probably won't have the correct documentation to show the examiner! Don't forget to insure it too. I looked on the www.dsa.gov.uk website for you...
