my manitou mla 627 has stopped working. shes a 4 speed power shift and wont go out of neutral any ideas
check the lights on the gear change display are changing colour correctly check handbrake switch is disconnecting properly
lights for the gears change as they should
the hand brake is disconnecting as it should
to select forward or reverse she wont change out of neutral
everything i can think of has been checked
am just wondering if i need a new powershift lever
cant understand how it would be broke
Surely the lever wont go faulty in both directions?
You checked all the easy stuff like fuses earth straps etc.
Sometimes they loose one direction due to bad contacts in the lever and a bit of WD40 usually does the trick.
Also worth double checking the connection blocks going to the lever for bad/corroded connections.
Something simple when you have nothing, safety switches are ok?
Welcome Bounty might be worth posting this in “Talking Tackle” if you want. I’d give you a hand but am listening to the radio, cant do everything … [H]
