I am going to buy a 2nd hand sucker blower from a neighbouring farmer everything works fine, exept the hoover part on the sucking end has sadly come 2nd in a fight with a tractor wheel!!

Any ideas where i might be able to buy a 2nd hand one?

A brand new one is nearly 400.00, which sounds very dear to me

What are peoples views on sucker blowers It is the first one i have used?

The one i might buy is a kongskilde air 300 pto driven

Noisey, dusty, very inefficient use of power but very handy as they are very adaptable and can go round corners etc.

As for the sucker head make one I did when I ran over mine. It is only a pipe within a larger pipe with an air control slide which you can salvage off the old one.
