A revolutionary new dairy liner, proven to reduce clinical mastitis and improve teat condition and milk quality, is being launched.

Impulse Air triangular liners, from Milkrite, use mouthpiece vented liners to reduce teat stress and improve milking efficiency.

Trials show allowing air to enter the system at the mouthpiece – as opposed to the claw – reduces vacuum forces on the teat, helps milk flow away from the teat and reduces splash back, in turn reducing cross contamination between quarters. It also reduces milk turbulence, improving milk quality.
