Kevan McCaig, Tommy Johnston and Stuart Langdown have been named as the three shortlisted finalists in the Farmers Weekly/CLA Game Fair Gamekeeper of the Year competition.

The three men – from Northumberland, Ayrshire and Wiltshire respectively – are now vying for the prestigious title ‘Gamekeeper of the Year 2007’.

There is £700 of prize money on offer in this competition which recognises and rewards excellence in the keepering profession.

The winner will be announced on FWi on July 27, with the award presentation taking place at 12 noon on Saturday, July 28 in the Game Fair Theatre at this year’s CLA Game Fair.
