Do you have the drive, determination and staying power to become an industry leader of tomorrow?

If so, why not apply for the Challenge of Rural Leadership course?

“The course aims to develop members of the agricultural community to speak up for agriculture and be active in progressing the industry to meet the challenges of 21st century farming,” said course organiser Richard Soffe.

It aims to equip people with the skills of strategic thinking, leadership and communication needed to make the most of opportunities ahead and to help them represent the industry more effectively.

The 13-day course, organised by Duchy College with the Worshipful Company of Farmers, is open to people aged between 25 and 50 and takes place in November.

Bursaries are available from the Worshipful Company of Farmers.
