YFC Blackpool cut-out comp offers £100 prize

It’s always been a key part of any trip to the seaside – sticking your head though the hole in of those cut-out boards and having your photo snapped.

It might be hunky lifeguards or women in bikinis you’re adding your head to in a lot of seaside resorts, but we know Blackpool AGM-goers will prefer something altogether more agricultural.

So the Farmers Weekly team is taking a big board with a picture of a farmer with his arm inserted in the wrong end of a cow. You’ll have the chance to either be the farmer or the cow. Join in the fun and you could even win £100. The picture above shows Farmers Weekly’s Tim Relf as the cow and Rachel Jones as the vet.

Just come and have you picture taken with the board – it’ll be at the Farmers Weekly stand at the Winter Gardens on Friday and Saturday – and simply send (or get a friend to send) it to @farmersweekly on Twitter by 11 am on Sunday 5 May.

We’ll pick one photo and publish it in the 10 May issue of the magazine and give the two people appearing in it £50 each.

And even if you don’t win the prize, having your picture snapped will be a great souvenir from your trip to the seaside! Even if you do end up as the cow rather than the farmer…
