The initiative is open to young farmers aged between 10 and 16 who are keen to follow a career in agriculture.

Two young farmers (one male and one female) will be chosen to become Home Grown Talent ambassadors.

The ambassadors will have a programme created for them by Massey Ferguson, which will include work experience, a Massey Ferguson mentor and a trip to MF’s factory in Beauvais, France.

The initiative aims to support and reward young people in agriculture and give the ambassadors the chance to gain new skills and knowledge through training, fun and experience.

“Massey Ferguson is passionate about the future of farming. The next generation of farmers are the key to our success and as a company we stand by our commitment to support them, along with our dealers, wherever we can,” says Lindsay Haddon, Massey Ferguson’s advertising and sales promotion manager.

You can find more details about the initiative and download an application form from the NFYFC website.
