Durham County Council is selling off more of its farms estate.
Barnard Castle-based agent Addisons is handling the disposal of the 350-acre South Durham Estate near Ingleton and Evenwood.
The estate, which has been lotted 13 ways, includes two farms let under traditional tenancies, two farms with vacant possession and nine blocks of land of varying sizes.
One of the tenanted farms is a 47-acre livestock holding with an annual rent of 2106, while the other is a 74-acre dairy unit leased for 4792.
Addisons has set a guide for the estate of 1.7m-2m.
A spokeswoman for Durham CC said the council decided some time ago that it was not appropriate for it to own farm.
Over the past 10 years the estate has been whittled down from about 5500 acres to just 2500 made up of 10 farms.
