Irby Estate returns to the market

The Irby Estate in north Lincolnshire is back on the market with agents Chesterton Humberts and Strutt & Parker.

The 1283-acre estate, which was first marketed last summer, has brought a significant part of its arable land back in-hand. Agent Andrew Pearce is guiding the estate at £7m as a whole, with 833 acres of edge-of-wold land now with vacant possession. The remaining 450 acres are let on an Agricultural Holdings Act tenancy. The sale also includes an extra property in Irby village.
