A RAPIDLY EXPANDING fresh produce company based in the North East of Scotland is looking for an experienced Growing manager /Agronomist
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative and capable manager to ensure the smooth running of a farm operation.
This role will involve planning and refining the cropping programme to keep in line with the sales demand while providing expert agronomic knowledge to all areas of the business. Customers expectations are high and great attention to detail is required. ??The successful candidate must also have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. You will have a strong, practical hands-on approach to all responsibilities on the farm which will include the management of the growing team and ensuring that best practices are followed.
BASIS and FACTS qualified people are preferred and those with similar experience working in the UK.
