A RAPIDLY EXPANDING multi million pound fresh produce company is looking for a Technical Manager to join their team at the Cambridgeshire site.
In this challenging role you will be involved with the planning, production, harvesting and storage of fresh produce. This will involve sampling produce and quality assurance, undertaking seed counts, liaising with suppliers and customers as well as providing general day to day assistance for the seed, trading and farming operations.
To be successful in this role you must have previous hands-on agricultural/farming experience, be computer literate and have excellent communication skills. BASIS qualification or similar certification is essential.
The successful candidate would be working with the existing Group Technical Manager through a transitional period.
