10,000gns top for Red Ladies

Four of the first ten lots at the British Limousin Cattle Society’s Red Ladies Derby fixture at Borderway Mart today left the ring unsold but the champion, the served heifer Grahams Ethel from Robert and Jean Graham, made 10,000gns. Buyer was J Elliott, Roxburgh Mains, Kelso. Millington Faberge, the reserve champion from Millington Grange Estate, made 9500gns. A full report follows shortly.
