Agri-Expo: Alfords secure second 1st of the day in class 5

In class 5 -continental steers split according to weights, Mr and Mrs M J Alford took first place with I’m your Man, a Limousin cross which was bred by Messrs Blandford and Son, Ledbury and weighed in at 540kgs.  

In reserve was Andrew Scarborough with Jo, a Limousin x steer which was sired by Snoopy and out of a British Blue x. This one was bred by C R Raine, Middleton in Teesdale and weighed in at 564kg.
