The Jersey breed came to the fore in the interbreed class, winning the supreme title under judge Alan Timbrell, Gloucestershire.


Title winner was the homebred second calver Potterswalls Glams Elisha from the Flemming Family, Bushmills, Co. Antrim. Sired by Potterswalls Glams Comerica she is out of Grayridge Renaissance Elisa. She last calved in February and is currently giving 30kg daily.

In reserve was the champion Holstein and fourth calver Glaslough Miss Petra from David and Kenny Boyd, from Glaslough, Co. Monaghan. Sired by Mr Minister and out of Glaslough Lyster Petal, she last calved in January and gave 11,500kg in her last lactation. She won champion at the National Holstein Show and reserve at the Emerald Expo.
