At the moment I only have a brief report from today’s sale of show potential cattle at Brecon, but I’ll update more details early next week. Anyway, here’s what I know.

Taking the championship was a seven and a half month old Limousin x British Blue heifer, Black Magic, from D G and E Lewis, Pumsaint. This one sold at £3200 to the pre-sale judges Mike and Melanie Alford, Somerset.TS Brecon Lot 94.jpgReserve champion and second top was Brutus Classy Lassy from D S, D A and P D Brute, Breco. This is a Limousin cross heifer out of a British Blue cross dam and sold at £2800.TS Brecon Lot 108.jpgAnd then at £2550 was  Crackers Girl, a three month oldLimousin cross heifer out of a Limousin x British Blue dam from Philip and Tracey Jones, Erwood.
