Carlisle Limousin pictures

I’ve now got pictures for the high priced lots from the Limousin sale at Carlisle on Saturday, but rather than go through the original blog posts and insert them I’ll drop them all into this post with the relevant captions, hopefully this will make it a bit simpler to find the one you’re looking for.

First is Cloghhead Ernie (lot 364) – 34,000gns sale leader, sold to Messrs Ridley, Haltcliffe.

Then its Emslies Black Empire (lot 373) – reserve junior and reserve overall champion sold to Albert Howie for 26,000gns.

At 20,000gns was Millgate Derry (lot 232) – he sold to Brywn Owen, Gwynedd.

Also making this money was Netherhall Doubleoseven (lot 279) – he sold to A and J Gammie.At 16,000gns was Nebo Edgar (lot 360), he was bought by David Stobart.Making 15,000gns was Haltcliffe Doctor (lot 218)  – intermediate champion sold to R K Fisher and Bruce Goldie.Also selling for this price was the senior male champion Homebyres Drummie (lot 114) – sold to J M and S P Cooper.Selling at 12,000gns was Spittalton Drew (lot 284) when he sold to R Cunningham.Also making this price was Netherhall Epic (lot 378) when he went to National Cattle Breeding, Eire.

At 11,000gns was the junior and overall champion Windsole Elph (lot 327) – selling to A and D Orr.

Also selling at this price was Hafodlas Elgar (lot 332) when he sold to D and V Hill.Topping the female offering on Friday evening was Heathmount Dazzler (lot 20) when she sold to Smiths of Bloxham.
