More than one-third of the UK’s milk is produced on dairy farms that employ foreign labour, new research shows. The survey of more than 1,000 dairy farms, commissioned for the Royal Association of British Dairy Farmers’ (RABDF) upcoming Dairy-Tech event, also shows more than half of dairy farmers are experiencing difficulty recruiting staff.
