Wednesday’s final sale to disperse the Deehaven Holstein herd on behalf of Sam Noble was peaking at 3500gns when Farmers Weekly went to press, with this price paid for Deehaven Amery Erland Red. This daughter of Mr Amery Red is out of Deehaven Talent Erland Red, a VG86 rated dam which gave more than 10,000 litres in her first lactation.

Next top was a 3100gns call for Deehaven Lancelot Milly, a Lystel Lancelot daughter out of Deehaven Freeman Milly, a dam which gave more than 10,000 in her second lactation, she sold having been AI’d to April-Day Wisconsin Red.

And at 3000gns was Deehaven Tom Erland, a Hartline Tom daughter out of Deehaven Carlton Erland, a dam which recorded more than 14,000 litres in her fourth milking.

A brace then sold at 2800gns, the first of which was Deehaven Dolman Ness. This is a Regancrest Dolman daughter out of a dam by Shoremar James, Deehaven James Ness.

The other transaction at this money was Deehaven Thunder Jean, by Markim Thunder, she is out of Deehaven Lee Jean, a Comestar Lee daughter.
