Holstein leads East of England dairy interbreed

Having been placed breed champion by judge John Westaway, the Holstein champion Pasturesnew Axiom Christus from J and S Arrowsmith took the overall dairy interbreed title on the final day of the East of England Show yesterday.

By Canyon-Breeze Axiom, this VG85 four year old is out of the VG88 dam Pasturesnew Rubens Christus. On her first lactation, Christus gave 9102kg at 3.4% fat and 3.2% protein.

Taking the reserve interbreed spot was the champion Jersey Woodbine Ballerina Devotion, a September 2005-born cow from Coldeaton Jerseys. this one is by Woodbine Masterberry Jedi Knight and is out of Woodbine Elanna Devotion.
