The dispersal sale of the Mac herd of Pedigree Aberdeen Angus cattle, on behalf of Isla McTaggart along with a draft sale for the St Fort herd for Mr Andrew Mylius saw prices rise to 4,000gns for Mac Khan a three year old ET son of Stevenson Moneymaker. He was purchased by Carskiey Partners.

Cows with calves sold to 2,000gns for Mac Posh Princess, sired by Wedderlie Ermarx and was sold with a promising heifer calf at foot to Highland Wagyu, Blackford.

Maiden heifers sold to 2,100gns for Mac Popper a daughter of Mac Elvis who was purchased by Mr Dobie, Easter Middleton.

Another stylish Mac Elvis sired maiden heifer Mac Poppy sold for 2,000gns and was purchased by Mr Robertson, Brigidale Knock, Isle of Bute.

Recently served heifers sold to 1,800gns for Mac Paris, a two year old daughter of Nightingale Gillespie also purchased by Highland Wagyu, Blackford.

Heifer calves sold to 1,350gns for Mac Ellie M121 which was sired by Mac Khan and was purchased by Mr Dobie, Easter Middleton.

The draft yearling heifers from St Fort were all sired by Netherton Keystone. Top price was 1,500gns paid for St Fort Purspick M108 and purchased by Highland Wagyu, Blackford.

Highland Wagyu also purchased three maiden heifers each at 1,400gns.
