Today’s showmanship classes see 14 juniors and 11 seniors compete under the watchful gaze and scrutiny of judge Rebecca Jarvis of the Braimber Herd of Holsteins.

Using her experience gained from working up through young handlers competitions Miss Jarvis has judged at events ranging from smaller shows to national events including the European Dairy Event, Agri Scot and the Royal Welsh adjudicating over Jersey and Holstein breeds.

In the junior section (ages 9 to 17) Miss Jarvis has put Beth Mellish (16) first praising her out for paying attention on the judge since entering the ring, Hannah Bown (15) goes into second and Charlotte Moody (16) into third.
