Consigned by Ipswich breeder C Clarke, Bradley is by Brinkton Major and out of a dam By Strathisla Popeye. He heads back to East Anglia with buyer P Gunther, Norwich.

 

The 2007-bred Charolais cow Culford Cherish from C N Flack and Co, Bury St Edmunds led the day’s female trade at 4,200gns.

 

By Bova Sylvain she was suckling a June-born bull calf by Holstead Cracker and was in-calf to him again. Buyers were McInness and Macmillan, Kings Lynn.

 

Mr Clarke was in the money again with a 4,000gns call for his Simmental bull Burghbridge Briar (below)- another Brinkton Major son who goes to Alford, Lincolnshire with buyers G White and Son.

 

 

2142012 Newark M Breed Lot 17 web.JPGYorkshire-based Billy Turner sold the day’s dearest Charolais bull taking 3,500gns for Brampton Fixation, a son of Prime Roberto. Buyer was Robert Gatherer, Renfrewshire.

 

The Blonde bull Aprilton Fieldsman., a Lochhead Charlie son from Miss E Wilson, realised 3,500gns to local buyer Flintham Grange Farms, Newark.
