native champ EESF.jpgThe title of pure bred native champion has been awarded to a 630kg Aberdeen Angus steer from G and A Macfadzean.

Homebred, The End of The Line, has previously seen success at the Scottish Winter Fair where he also won overall native champion as well as champion Aberdeen Angus and reserve champion pure breed. He is one of 30 pure Aberdeen Angus kept by the family.

His dam, Patsy Annie of Temple House has been sent away this year, hence the steer’s apt name. His sire is Calfward Flyer.

In reserve was an entry from Michael and Melanie Alford, 430kg Galloway heifer, Superstar.
