This year’s South West Dairy Show attracted a high number of entries from across the country, with particularly large numbers in the Holstein class.

However, it was an almost six year old Ayrshire cow, Sandyford Clover 10 who took the supreme champion title for Eric and Blaise Tomlinson, Nantpanton, Loughborough. This is the first time in 12 years the Ayrshire breed has taken the title.
