A High Court judge has granted the NFU an injunction to protect farmers involved in the pilot badger culls from unlawful protests of animal rights activists.

The court heard, sitting in London on Thursday (22 August), heard evidence of a sustained campaign of intimidation and harassment against farmers by extremists.

Mr Kendall and his family, including his 12-year-old son, have also been targeted with threatening letters, emails, text messages and abusive and silent phone calls.
