Here are the bulk of the cattle results from yesterday’s judging, which by all accounts was a long drawn out affair in the heifer classes.

Leading the Blonde cross heifers was Elfed Williams with Tiramisu, while the Charolais heifers were topped by Robin Roberts with Modlen.

The first British Blue heifer class went to Phil and Sharon Sellers with Betty Boop, the second class saw Andrew Bishop win with Queen of the South, while the third class went to John Owen with Miss Wales.

The first Limousin heifer class went to T C Edwards with Miss Steak, with the second class going to Ellis Lloyd and Co with Lady and the third class was claimed by Elfed Williams with Ting Ting. The fourth Lim heifer class was won by T C Edwards with Miss Fit, while the last class went to Emily Jones with Alex Fifi.

The AOB native heifers were led by Oxon Amatures with Bloody Mary and the Pedigree Welsh Black heifer winner was Derrick and Lynn Davies with Menir Gwilym.

The first pedigree Lim heifer went to Elfed Williams with Bailea Duffy, while the second class went to Graham Sevenoaks with Sevenoaks Delilah.

In the steers the Blonde class was won by D Thomas with Black Jack, then the first Charolais class went to Elfed Williams with Crunchy Nut and the second Charolais class was won by T C Edwards with Rambo.

Taking the first of the Blue steer classes were Phil and Sharon Sellers with Dick Turpin. Then the first of the Lim classes went to Gordon Brooke with Flash, with the second class taken by Elfed Williams with King Kong (the one to watch later I’d say), third class honours were taken by Bernard Price with Best Mate and the fourth class was won by Jim Hollingsworth with Freddie.

The AOB steer class went to A and N Roberts with Mason and the Hereford steer class was won by D E, E D and A L Jones with Dedor 1 Earl.

Lifting the red ticket in the Welsh Black class was Tecwyn Jones with Seisog Baron 60 and the Lim pedigree class was won by T C Edwards with Dolcroslwyn.

Taking the pairs class were Michael and Melanie
