Interest rises in Easy Cow Lift

North Yorkshire Dairy farmer Jonathan Caygill says that he has now sold more than 40 of his home-designed Easy Cow Lift.

This uses decommissioned quarry conveyor belting to give just the right balance between strength and flexibility when helping raise a downer cow.

The cost is £325 plus delivery and he has started selling to farmers in other countries too.

Some 500 leaflets were taken away by visitors to Livestock 2012, according to Mr Caygill, so sales potential looks good.
