Kverneland is using Lamma to introduce a new version of its tined CLC Pro cultivator which has the front row of tines replaced by a row of front mixing discs.

The manufacturer says the discs are a proven concept which has been used successfully on its larger CTC and CTS cultivators. The 460mm diameter serrated discs are designed to work in the top 5-7.5cm soil to cut and mix surface trash into the soil ahead of the tines.

Currently available on 3m, 3.5m and 4m rigid model, the CLC Pro with its front mixing discs is also fitted with a row of rear levelling tines ahead of its rear packer.
