Deutz-Fahr had two new telehandler models at LAMMA, the Agrovector 40.8 and Agrovector 40.9. They have a maximum lift capacity of 4000kg and a lift height of 8m and 9m, respectively. Their long wheelbase is said to provide a high degree of stability when handling loads in taxing conditions, says the company, plus three steering systems – front, crab and four wheels steer to aid manoeuvrability.
Key features include a new load-sensing 132 litres/min hydraulic system, which has been designed to provide ample hydraulic power for the most demanding applications. A powershift transmission with four forward and three reverse gears gives a maximum transport speed of 40kph. Both telescopic handlers can be equipped with front axle levelling for precise positioning.
Air-conditioning and a pneumatic seat are standard.
