LAMMA marked the first big UK show since Kongskilde acquired fellow Danish maker JF Stoll.

Though showing a range of cultivation and grassland equipment, it was JF-Stoll’s diet feeder range and FCT1060 forager that attract most attention.

Available for 2012, the forager now boasts on-board hydraulics with an in-cab control box. Other developments see a change in the angle of the cutter-bars on the flywheel to improve the ease of chopping and discharge. The new model also has the option of a hydraulic folding spout.

The metal detector-equipped version is priced at £50,000.
