Key features are a curved seed tube and a shallower angle for the Uniformer to reduce the seed drop angle. Impact forces are said to be distributed more evenly for increased reliability and resistance to wear.

In addition, the press wheel tyre is now softer and has a larger diameter, which prevents soil from sticking to it, and there is a new scraper said to be adjusted quickly and easily.
